Angelus Leather Paints, one of our favorite brands, are used by pros and amateurs alike. And yet, Angelus paints are very affordable. Available in more than 60 colors including collectors editions, metallics, pearlescent, neons and even my favorite: glitter. It is the perfect paint for leather. Angelus Leather Paint goes on smoothly and when applied properly won’t crack, wear off or fade. You can also use Angelus paints on any leather shoe (not just sneakers), bags, jackets or belts.

If you are a beginner, your leather item will first need to be prepped for painting. Angelus has a wonderful Preparer/Deglazer that is easy to use. The next step would be your painting and customizing. The final step is to apply a finisher. Angelus has several finishers so you can achieve the look you want. Whether you choose a matte, satin or gloss, the finisher helps lock in the paint and protects your shoe from minor scratches and scrapes.

Tarrago Sneaker Paint is another excellent brand. It is a water-based color dye specially formulated to change the color, customize or restore your smooth leather, synthetic leather or canvas sneakers. Tarrago has an amazing depth of coverage thanks to the concentration of high-quality pigments. It also provides high hiding power and offers high resistance to wet or dry friction and flexion, preventing the dye from cracking.

Tarrago sneaker paint is available in more than 30 colors. It also includes a paintbrush, sponge applicator, and a dosing cup.
