A Night of Mehron at MWS Pro Beauty

Mehron makeup celebrated 90 years of business Wednesday night, April 29th at MWS Pro Beauty in collaboration with the 10th anniversary of The Makeup Show. “A Night of Mehron” was an exciting event that took us on a journey through decades past showcasing work by regional and international makeup artists for Mehron.

Using Mehron makeup, the artist transformed models into captivating women representing each era’s essence. DKoye along with Michael Kriston and Lynn Quayu finished off beauty looks with perfect hairstyles and Abracadabra, RRRentals, Alias Costumes, and Helen Uffner Vintage Clothing provided fashions.

Night of Mehron: The Action

The store buzzed with energy as we all waited for the makeup runway show to begin. James Vincent from The Makeup Show narrated as the models walked down the runway. They were styled very authentically: it looked like they were frozen in time. It was so awesome to visually see the path Mehron makeup made through the years since its inception in 1927, and the impact it has had on the theater and beauty world through each decade. Mehron has been at the forefront of innovative professional products and it’s very exciting to see what they’ll bring to us next!
