How to Prevent Nip Slip with Costumer Tips & Tricks | MWSYou have an event coming up, and you have the perfect dress. It’s everything you ever wanted– except for one thing: you aren’t sure “the girls” will stay in! What do you do?

As a costumer, there are tons of tips and tricks to avoid the infamous “nip slip” or “fallout”. Even if a dress is tailored to fit you like a glove, we still want reassurance that we’ll look flawless– and not give anyone a show!  We really want to focus on having fun at our event, and not on whether or not our dresses are falling down (or out). Follow these tips to make sure your dress stays up, over, and where it’s supposed to be.

1. Fashion Tape or Glue is a must! It keeps straps attached to bras, wraps from gaping, and tops from slipping. Available in strips, dots and now boob glue for every need– and the dots even have a handy carrying tin for your purse!

2. Do you need a little lift? Sometimes, a dress sags just because of gravity.  Defy it with some Silicone Bust inserts that add up to a cup size to what nature gave you.

3. Do you just want to support what you’ve got?  We all know strapless bras can be a little frustrating, and don’t always work with plunging backs.  I like the 5 Way Strapless Bra from Braza, which combines silicone and straps for the perfect support, up to a D cup size.   Or, if you don’t have a really plunging back, you can use a bra converter for the same effect.

4. Not wearing a bra under a slinky dress?  Make sure you stay covered with nipple covers that match your skin tone– plus, these are reusable: you can use them under nothing, or even just in a too-revealing bra.

Don’t forget– you can get all of these items at Manhattan Wardrobe Supply!
