Bryant Studios: Premier Temporary Workspace
Author: Cheryl Kilbourne-Kimpton
With movie and television production back in full swing in New York, I want to highlight an exciting new resource for industry professionals. One such gem is Bryant Studios in Brooklyn, a recently established fitting and meeting space.
In 2022, Costume Designer Ann Bryant, after a challenging search for a short-term location for an on-location project, was inspired to create Studio 305 at Bryant Studios.

This 1,500-square-foot space is ideal for costume fittings, meetings, and small shoots, featuring a furnished layout with desks, a lounge area, fitting space, and rolling racks. It also boasts northwest-facing windows with a stunning view of the DUMBO Arch.

Just a year later, Bryant opened Studio 605, a larger 1,800-square-foot venue designed to accommodate fittings with A-list talent, brand launches, or private events. The 605 loft strikes the perfect balance between spacious and intimate, with seven windows facing south and southwest that fill the space with beautiful golden light in the early afternoon.
