Makeup tips to create a Halloween look inspired by Chappell Roan

  1. The eyes are the most defining part of a Chappell-inspired Halloween look. Start with an eye primer to prevent creasing, then select bold eyeshadow shades like hot pink, electric blue, or purple—colors that bring an ‘80s pop vibe and will make your eyes stand out.
  2. To amplify the glam, use chunky glitter or metallic shimmer along the eyelid and inner corners for extra sparkle. Apply glitter adhesive for a long-lasting hold. Complete the eye look with a bold eyeliner wing that extends past the outer corner to achieve Chappell’s signature boldness.
